We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, with all imaginable comforts and a super classy decor. The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a 24/7 tea serving ritual that we loved. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help. They spoke fluent English and were very competent in assisting us with whatever we needed. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the middle of the main road and within walking distance of attractions such as Mu's mansion, Wangu pavilion, and the big water wheel. It was also surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

During my xmas stay at this inn, I enjoyed the comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with all the amenities I needed. the staff were always friendly, polite and willing to help at every moment. the location was perfect, peaceful and close to all the main attractions.
One thing to highlight was the lack of heating during winter which made the room cold. I had to ask for extra blankets.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax during my Christmas stay. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to all the main attractions in Lijiang. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
One downside of my Christmas stay was the lack of a proper heating system in the rooms. The winter cold made it uncomfortable to stay in the room without an extra blanket.

This inn is conveniently located in a quiet part of the town, making it a peaceful place to stay. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a homely feel. the staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to assist guests with organizing trips and tickets, ensuring a stress, free experience.
The lack of English, speaking staff can be a challenge for non, Chinese speakers.
